An invitation...

A friend of mine told me that some posts by tsismax were downright abrasive and acerbic. For that we apologize. We admit and agree that tsismax articles, though controversial, should not directly degrade a person or an entity as agreed within the group. Hence, in the spirit of fairness we will allow "anonymous" posters in the site by giving them access to the posting option of the blog. You may remain anonymous or if you are brave enough you may use your name at your own risk. Log-in details are provided below:

A word of warning. Self-promotion will not be tolerated and downright bashing of another person and entity will be closely monitored by the group. Only PHILIPPINE ADVERTISING related news will be allowed, controversial or not. English is the preferred language but writers in the vernacular will be permitted. This is not an indication that Tsismax is softening up, we just want fair play as this is what is encouraged in the industry. Also, Tsismax holds no obligation in the content posted using the tsismaxkwatro account.

Won't this move turn this blog into another Cafe Creatives? Remember, the old forum where uncivilized behavior and sheer nonsense ruled?

Anyway, I trust that you'd police the posts as free speech does not apply here.

People visit a site for information and education, not to read mindless and idiotic ramblings.

wary,

they have taken a bold move.

i suggest we support that move rather than cast a shadow of doubt. to do so is typical "crab mentality"at its best. we of all people know you cannot and should not compare people or entities. nor judge them by standards you have set.

kudos to the staff.

News Flash: Totoo ba na si Eric Yeo and bagong ECD ng O&M ay lumipad at umalis na sa Manila? For good? Dahil kaya kay Trillanes?

It was a concern raised. We will keep a close eye on each and every post. Tsismax is also confident that it won't escape the eye of those who want to uphold equality and fairness.

PS For the blind item gentleman, we suggest you guys start posting on the blog rather than put it here in the comments section to gain more exposure. Best of luck posting.

Tsismax ito hindi Insider or even Brand Republic. We want to encourage fearless opinions but within the boundaries of decency and fairness. No need for names unless you are brave or crazy enough to put yourself in the center of a controversy.

These are our conditions, you may or may not take advantage of the "kindness" being offered. Maybe in time we will be crazy (or brave) enough to show the world who we are. Who knows. For now, take it or leave it kapatid.

kontra tsismax,

Since when did raising a concern become "crab mentality?" Educate me.

Anonymous said... @ December 5, 2007 at 7:38 PM

wary,

Basahin mo ang unang post. Bigla mo kinumpara eto sa isang defunct na forum. Assumption niyo po na mapapaganun eto. Doomed to failure ika nga. Pero mali ang mag-kumpara. Kung kayo po ikukumpara sa iba diba nakakainis.

matagumpay ang tsismax.

down with da crabs!

kontra tsismax,

First, do you know the difference between an assumption and a concern?

Second, do know how to comprehend? Didn't I write that "I trust that you'd (the admin) police the post...?" Hence, there was no assumption that this blog is doomed to failure.

Third, since when did it become wrong to compare? You said it was wrong to compare. What school or book has taught you that it is wrong to compare? And don't give me the argument that I'm comparing apples to oranges. Cafe Creatives and this blog are both about advertising.

Finally, you didn't answer my question on since when have raisng a concern become "crab mentality?" Do you even know what crab mentality is?

So what have you got to say, kontra tsismax?

I have a description for you: OA

wary,

Thank you. I am flattered by what you say.

You are the most intelligent person here. And for that I defer to your superiority.

Anonymous said... @ December 6, 2007 at 2:10 PM

wary,

And regarding comparison I hope you are not one of those then that say that the Philippines cannot be compared to any other market as it is unique. Then again you are the local genius so this does not have to be mentioned to you.

cheers

You are a f***king idiot kontra tsismax!

And yes you are right, only us intelligent people are correct you dolt.

Anonymous said... @ December 6, 2007 at 2:50 PM

kontra tsismax,

As the saying goes, weak minds discuss people. Mediocre minds discuss events. Great minds discuss ideas.

I'm pretty sure we both would want to stick to discussing ideas, not petty semantics.

This is the reason why I am taking you on your points and not on your intellectual capacity as I'm sure knowing how to post a comment in a blog is enough evidence of you being able to think.

As for the you, "wary," (the fake wary, that is) there is no need to resort to suhc language to get your point across.

Anonymous said... @ December 6, 2007 at 5:10 PM

wary,

Needless to say you have just handed out an veiled insult once more. I thank you for that.

Eric Yeo was always listed as interim ECD and was assigned here for just a few months. No controversy in his departure at all. Spoke to O&M guys and the loved him.

Remember, he still has to run O&M Singapore with Eugene Cheong so he was never expected to stay long.

They WERE hoping to find a replacement by the time he left but that hasn't happened yet.
